Stryker Anderson – Outfitter & Guide:
I was born and raised on my family’s ranch in Clyde Park, Montana, where I grew up hunting, fishing, and honing my skills as an avid shooter and marksman. That passion for the outdoors led me to join the Marine Corps straight out of high school, serving four years before returning to Montana with a fierce drive to become an outfitter and a better steward of the land.

Now, as founder of 3B Outfitters with my partner Cameron Hockett, I bring over 10 years of guiding experience to deliver hunts that are as educational as they are thrilling. Beyond guiding, I’m deeply committed to wildlife and habitat—I run EarthPulse Solutions, a land and wildlife management firm that helps passionate landowners enhance their properties through regenerative agriculture practices, boosting animal density and health for flourishing ecosystems.
My goal is simple: empower clients to hunt more effectively, efficiently, and successfully while ensuring our operation educates hunters and enhances opportunities for everyone to enjoy the outdoors.
Cameron Hockett – Outfitter & Guide:
I grew up in Kalispell, Montana, surrounded by the state’s wild beauty, which sparked my lifelong love for the outdoors. At 18, I started guiding fishing trips on Flathead Lake and leading snowmobile adventures through the Whitefish Range’s snowy peaks, building a successful career in the wilderness I call home. With over 10 years of guiding experience, I co-founded 3B Outfitters with Stryker Anderson to share Montana’s incredible hunting opportunities. My passion is creating unforgettable experiences that leave clients smiling, blending my deep knowledge of the land with a commitment to making every hunt a memory that lasts a lifetime.
Janell Anderson – Cook & Host:
Meet the Heart of the Lodge
As Stryker’s wife, I bring warmth and hospitality to 3B Outfitters with hearty, home-cooked meals—big breakfasts, packed trail lunches, and hot dinners to keep our hunters fueled and ready.
I also manage the camp, making sure each client has what they need for a comfortable and memorable stay, from hot showers to accommodating special dietary needs.
I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and came to Montana in search of adventure. I found that and more when I met Stryker. Over time, I developed a deep love for the outdoors and now cherish every moment we get to spend in the wild together.
My mission is to make our lodge feel like a home away from home and ensure every guest leaves with not just a successful hunt—but great memories, full bellies, and new friendships

3B Outfitters Story:
Stryker Anderson and Cameron Hockett met while guiding for an outfitter in Stryker’s home valley of Clyde Park, Montana, sparking a partnership that’s lasted nearly a decade. We founded 3B Outfitters in Cascade, Montana, drawn by the area’s high concentration of animals and superior genetics on our 27,000-acre private ranch. Unlike other operations, we reject a competitive mindset—our guides collaborate, strategizing together to maximize every client’s chance at a successful elk hunt, making them feel like hunting buddies. At 3B, we prioritize educating and coaching clients for ethical harvests, ensuring the animals we pursue are respected with the most humane approach possible, leaving clients with unforgettable memories.
